Shipping policy

Your items are handled and packaged with great care and dispatched from Northern Ireland.

 

At checkout, shipping will be accurately calculated* based on your shipping address and cart content.

 

At present, I am shipping with Royal Mail and items will be dispatched twice a week.

 

*International orders may be subject to customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. As the buyer, you are the importer and must comply with all rules and regulations of the destination country. Additional charges are your responsibility, I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

*For EU orders, since I am shipping from Northern Ireland (which is part of the UK but also still in the Customs Union), you should not pay a customs fee but you might be asked to pay a VAT fee (if you are asked to pay a customs fee, you should be able to dispute it).
