Refund policy

Returns

While I hope you are enjoying the artwork you selected carefully and purchased from my little store, I do have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

For your item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Since you are responsible for the item until I receive it, I recommend using a tracking method with your postal service to guarantee it arrives safely at my address.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item.

Your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on gift cards, custom orders, commissions, and original artwork.

Damages/Issues

 Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that I can assess the issue and process a return or exchange.

 European Union (EU) 14-day withdrawal

Under the EU consumer protection law and as an EU customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving a reason.

The exemption to this law is for personalised items, custom orders and commissions, which cannot be returned.

Any taxes or customs paid on your end will not be refunded.
